Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor

WE ARE HIRING: MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER & VIDEO EDITOR Company: Nexviant Work Arrangement: Remote Employment Type: Project-based ABOUT THE ROLE Nexviant is seeking a creative and experienced Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to produce high-quality promotional and explainer videos for our software products. The ideal candidate can transform technical features and software workflows into compelling visual stories using motion graphics, animated user interfaces, typography, screen recordings, voice-over, music, and professional sound design. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Create promotional, explainer, and product demonstration videos for Nexviant’s software solutions. * Animate software interfaces, dashboards, mobile applications, websites, icons, and other UI elements. * Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on product features and marketing objectives. * Produce 2D motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects. * Edit screen recordings, stock footage, voice-overs, music, and sound effects. * Convert complex technical features into clear and engaging customer-focused stories. * Collaborate with our development, marketing, and sales teams to understand each product and its target audience. * Maintain consistent branding, visual quality, and messaging across all video content. * Prepare videos for websites, presentations, advertisements, and social-media platforms. * Optimize videos for different formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience in professional video editing and motion graphics. * Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. * Experience creating videos for SaaS, software, technology, or digital products. * Ability to animate UI/UX designs and software interfaces. * Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and typography. * Experience in sound design, music synchronization, color correction, and visual transitions. * Ability to manage the complete production process—from concept and storyboard to final delivery. * Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Blender, or Cinema 4D. * Experience producing content for healthcare, technology, or enterprise software. * Knowledge of scriptwriting, storyboarding, and creative direction. * Experience coordinating professional voice-over production. * Understanding of digital marketing and social-media advertising.
