Motion Graphics Designer

Overview I'm producing a series of short-form professional videos (talking-head, posted on LinkedIn) and need a motion designer to create clean, modern animated graphics that composite over the footage — think the kind of polished data/product motion you see in good fintech or SaaS demo videos. This is an ongoing series, not a one-off. I'm looking to build a reusable visual system and template, so the right person becomes a repeat collaborator. What you'd be creating Animated graphic sequences that appear beside me while I talk — semi-translucent, soft, composited over live talking-head footage (delivered with alpha/transparent background). Clean, abstracted UI-style elements: cards/records flowing through a sequence, items being checked, states changing, simple data moving with intent. Modular segments cued to specific moments in the script (not one locked full-frame clip). A consistent style that carries across multiple videos in the series. Aesthetic Calm, premium, precise. Enterprise, not consumer-playful. Reference point: modern fintech / AI product demo animations — sequential, satisfying, clean motion. Legibility and restraint over density. Fewer elements, clearly readable on mobile. We are NOT making a busy, flashy dashboard. You're a strong fit if: Your reel includes clean, data- or UI-style motion (not just logo stings, character animation, or kinetic-typography explainers). You've composited graphics over live talking-head footage before (alpha channel, integrating with real footage, balancing opacity over a moving background). You work in After Effects (or equivalent) and can deliver editable project files for ongoing text/number swaps. You can show restraint — clean and minimal, not maximalist.
