Open Civil Rights Complaint Filed in the Northern District of CA Case No 3:25-cv-04305-JSC If you are able access the document on PACER, and review the dockets. The Defendants have submitted a FRCP 12(b) motion to dismiss-- the paralegal should read their motion construct a flow chart or itemized list of the Defendants arguments that are most vulnerable to contest, and submit those to me. Before any draft is submitted I want to ensure that paralegal understands the local rules of the ND of CA and understands how to identify weak legal arguments.
