Motion designer - Video editor for short form ads

Overview We have one filmed customer testimonial (2:40) for a Belgian construction-software product. The video is in Dutch. We need it cut into 7 short-form paid-social ads, each delivered with 3 hook variants - so 21 vertical videos total. You'll work from a detailed brief (per-video strategy, the fixed hooks, and a "soundbite library"). Creative montage (including music...) is yours; the messaging and hooks are set. You will use translation tools to understand what was said in each video, and to make sure all new videos are composed correctly. What you'll deliver - 7 ads, each as 3 versions (only the first 3 seconds - the hook - differs; the rest is identical). = 21 end videos. We will work with milestones: - Phase 1 first: we start with 1 video to see how things go. If we're satisfied with the quality of the first video, we can continue. - Lengths: cold ads 15–25s, warm ads 30–60s. We provide - The full testimonial video, B-roll, and app/site footage. - A complete editor brief + per-video soundbite document (strategy, hooks, and quote codes per ad). You are - Experienced with motion design for the hook and CTA - Experienced in short-form / UGC-style ad editing (Reels, TikTok, Stories, LinkedIn). - Strong on pacing, burned-in captions, and clean text/graphic overlays.
