Motion designer needed — 2-3 second animated channel intro (YouTube)

I'm launching a YouTube channel and need a short, high-quality animated intro sting. The channel is a British expat in the US explaining American politics and culture to a UK/European audience — the tone is dry, factual, authoritative, not flashy. I need one polished 2-3 second ident I'll use at the top of every video, so it needs to hold up to repeat viewing.
