Motion graphics designer needed to create 3-4 minute corporate explainer video

We're looking for an experienced motion graphics designer to create a 3–4 minute animated explainer video that will be used for employee education and onboarding. The video will explain how business opportunities move throughout our organization, illustrating the relationships between multiple companies, divisions, partnerships, and service lines. The goal is to visually tell the story of our "ecosystem" and demonstrate how opportunities can flow between different parts of the business over time. We have already completed the script and developed an ecosystem diagram that will serve as the foundation for the animation. We're looking for a professional corporate motion graphics style rather than a cartoon-style explainer or whiteboard animation. Deliverables include: Storyboard and visual recommendations Approximately 3–4 minute animated video Revision rounds based on feedback Final HD video suitable for presentations and internal training If you have experience creating animated infographics, process-flow animations, corporate explainers, or motion graphics for business communications, please share examples of similar work and any questions or recommendations you may have.
