Movie Commentary Channel Editor

Need a Video Editor for My Movie Commentary Channel! Hey! I'm ShadowStrike, a content creator who's mainly focused on gaming content up until now. However, I've always wanted to start a movie and TV commentary channel where I can geek out about films, shows, and all things media. I haven't uploaded anything yet because I'd like to build up a backlog of videos first so I can maintain a consistent upload schedule once I launch. I'm looking for an editor who: Understands copyright and fair use principles when editing movie/show footage Knows how to cut footage creatively without missing important moments Has a good sense of timing, pacing, and comedic editing Can add things like camera zooms, memes, sound effects, subtitles, and visual gags where appropriate Can return edits within a few days and make revisions quickly if needed The style I'm going for is similar to channels like Dylan Is In Trouble, Nick and Cory, Bad Medicine and Alex Hefner. Engaging commentary that feels polished and entertaining without being overly chaotic. Pay: $30 USD per video. I want to be upfront that I know this isn't a lot, especially considering recordings can range from 1.5 to 2 hours of raw footage. I'd love to be able to pay more in the future, but at this stage it's simply not financially possible for me. Please bear this in mind when applying. If this budget doesn't work for you, I completely understand, but please don't apply expecting a higher rate right now. I've also attached an example of the kind of editing I'm looking for. It's a movie commentary video that I've been editing myself but haven't finished yet. It should give you a good idea of the pacing, humour, and overall vibe I'm aiming for. Most videos will also require a short intro and outro, as I usually include some kind of opening segment and closing thoughts.
