Multi-CRM Data Entry Specialist (HubSpot, WordPress, Zoho & Salesforce)

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple CRM platforms, including HubSpot, WordPress, Zoho CRM, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in maintaining accurate records while ensuring data consistency across systems. Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain customer and business data in HubSpot, WordPress, Zoho CRM, and Salesforce. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms. Import and export data using spreadsheets and CSV files. Review, clean, and remove duplicate or outdated records. Update contact information, company details, and customer records. Perform regular data quality checks and corrections.
