Multi Channel Paid Ads Growth Strategy for Ecommerce Brand | Meta, Google, TikTok & Tracking

We are looking for an experienced paid ads strategist to help us improve and scale our ecommerce advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok. We already have campaigns running, but we need someone who can take a deeper look at the full paid growth system, identify what is working, clean up what is not, and build a clearer testing and scaling plan. This is not just a basic campaign setup role. We are looking for someone who can combine media buying, creative strategy, tracking, reporting, and performance analysis to help us make better decisions with our ad spend. The ideal freelancer will be able to audit our current ad accounts, review campaign structure, evaluate tracking and attribution, and recommend improvements across targeting, budgets, creative testing, landing pages, and reporting. We want someone who can explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how each change connects back to revenue, CAC, ROAS, and profitable growth. Responsibilities may include: - Auditing our Meta, Google, and TikTok ad accounts - Reviewing campaign structure, targeting, budgets, bidding, and performance trends - Checking pixel, conversion event, GA4, and attribution setup - Identifying issues that may be limiting performance or reporting accuracy - Building a clear paid media roadmap with priorities, quick wins, and scaling opportunities - Recommending new creative angles, hooks, offers, and testing structures - Optimizing campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue performance - Providing clear updates on what was tested, what changed, what worked, and what should happen next The right person should have hands-on experience managing paid ads for ecommerce brands and should be comfortable working across multiple platforms. Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Shopify, landing page analysis, and creative testing is preferred. We are especially interested in someone who can think strategically rather than just make surface-level campaign changes. Strong communication is important because we want to understand the logic behind the strategy and feel confident in the decisions being made. By the end of the project, we would like to have a clearer understanding of our paid ads performance, a stronger account structure, improved tracking confidence, and a repeatable testing system for scaling winning campaigns. Deliverables may include: - Paid ads account audit - Tracking and attribution review - Prioritized growth roadmap - Creative testing plan - Campaign optimization recommendations or implementation - Performance summary with results, learnings, and next steps We are looking for a paid media partner who is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable tying advertising decisions back to business outcomes. The right freelancer should be able to identify problems, recommend solutions, communicate clearly, and help us build a more reliable system for profitable growth.
