Multi-Inbox Management: Hundreds of Active Conversations, Assigning Team Tasks

This is not a sales role or a cold outreach role! We have multiple inboxes with conversations happening across LinkedIn messages and emails. We need someone with extreme attention to detail and reliability that can manage conversations happening in these inboxes, respond reliably to people, answer questions, and ultimately schedule editorial interviews for our team. We have a very robust set of standard operating procedures and templates for you to work off of. We have a team of journalists that conduct interviews with subject matter experts. The purpose of this role is to converse with those subject matter experts, get them to book interviews to speak with our editorial team, and then manage the post-interview communications.
