Multilingual Audio Transcription Specialists Required (Multiple European Language Pairs)

We are seeking experienced multilingual transcriptionists for an upcoming large-scale audio transcription project. The project involves transcribing conversational audio containing two speakers with code-switching between designated language pairs. Project kickoff is anticipated next week. Language Pairs: o Dutch (nl-NL) ↔ English o Swedish (sv-SE) ↔ English o German (de-DE) ↔ English o Catalan (ca-ES) ↔ English o Spanish (es-ES) ↔ Basque (eu-ES) o Finnish (fi-FI) ↔ English o French (fr-FR) ↔ German (de-DE) o Italian (it-IT) ↔ German (de-CH/AT) o Arabic (France) (ar-FR) ↔ French (fr-FR) Requirements: o Native or near-native proficiency in both languages of the selected language pair. o Experience with audio transcription and multilingual content. o Ability to accurately transcribe code-switched conversations. o Strong attention to detail and quality standards. o L2 resources preferred (L3 resources may also apply). Task Responsibilities: o Listen to and accurately transcribe audio segments. o Apply required annotation tags using the "@" symbol. o Verify speaker information and complete all mandatory fields. o Follow project-specific transcription guidelines and quality requirements. Project Volume: o Approximately 40 hours of audio per language pair. o 10 resources required for each language pair. Tools & Platform: o Tasks will be completed using the uLabel platform. o Onboarding and platform access support will be provided. Additional Information: o Average Handling Time (AHT) is currently under evaluation and will be shared before project launch. o Compensation will follow the approved Statement of Work (SOW) rate for the primary language in each language pair.
