Multilingual Social Media Manager (French / Flemish / English) - Multi-Market Brand Launch

We're tastemaeker, a Cologne-based social & marketing agency, launching a consumer brand across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK. We're looking for a multilingual Social Media Manager to run localized social across these markets on Instagram/Meta. Ongoing, part-time to start (~2–3 days/week), scaling with the launch. What you'll do (deliverables): Manage market-specific Instagram/Meta accounts across FR / BE / NL / UK Localize and adapt a central content system into each market — not just translation, but tone and cultural nuance Write captions and run community management in French, Flemish/Dutch, and English Support the creator/influencer program across markets: sourcing, outreach, coordination Edit Reels from supplied assets, light Canva design, and report on per-market performance Skills we need: Fluent French, Flemish/Dutch, and English (you'll be publishing and replying in all three) Experience running social for more than one market/region (share examples/portfolio) Social copywriting, Reels editing (CapCut/Premiere), Canva Creator/influencer outreach experience is a strong plus Organized and reliable across parallel accounts with different calendars How we like to work: You get a central brand playbook and adapt it per market — consistency with local feel Async-first with a weekly check-in; flag blockers early, own your markets Fast-moving launch environment; comfort with ambiguity and iteration is valued To apply: Send (1) an example of multi-market or multilingual social work, (2) which of FR/NL/EN you're fluent in and your weekly availability, and (3) your rate.
