Project Background Record natural and authentic customer service dialogues for internal TTS voice model training Target Languages Modern Standard Arabic German French European Spanish Latin American Spanish Italian Recruitment Quota 1 male voice talent and 1 female voice talent for each language Each talent needs to deliver 1 hour of finished audio Voice Qualifications Standard pronunciation and accent in the target language No restrictions on nationality or location Candidates must meet one of the following requirements a professional voice actor with excellent emotional expression and vocal performance a native speaker with real customer service working experience Only natural and situational speaking tone is required no voice tone imitation is needed Audition Rules Unpaid 1 Only record the agent part of the provided script 2 Complete the audition via mobile phone in a quiet environment No professional studio required and there is no time limit for recording 3 Solo recording is acceptable Audition with an opposite gender partner will greatly increase the chance of being shortlisted 4 The audition script is only for screening assessment not the full project content Candidates can proceed with official cooperation only after passing client review Official Recording Requirements After Selection 1 Recording Venue Professional recording studio All studio rental fees shall be borne by the talent 2 Audio Parameters 16kHz sampling rate background noise -50dB signal to noise ratio 45dB 3 Partner Arrangement Two selected talents of the same language will serve as each other’s dialogue partners 4 Script & Performance The provided recording text can be properly optimized for more natural daily expression The partner’s lines are only for restoring real customer service scenarios and do not need to be submitted 5 Working Duration The recording efficiency depends on team tacit understanding The ideal working time is 4 5 hours It may take 8 hours or longer if the recording process is not smooth Compensation 600 USD per finished audio hour covers studio use and partner service Data Usage Statement All recorded audio files are only used for internal TTS model training The specific specifications are subject to the official authorization agreement
