Multimedia Producer — Photography & Video (In-House)

About the Role We're looking for a Multimedia Producer to own the visual storytelling for our brand — bringing our products to life through both photography and video. You'll shoot everything from studio product photography to installation footage, interviews, and drone aerials, and see projects through from concept to final edit. This is a hands-on, creatively varied role: no two weeks look the same, and you'll have real ownership over how our brand looks and sounds across web, social, email, and training content. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Product Development, and eCommerce teams to bring creative concepts to life. What You'll Do Photography Capture high-quality product photography for eCommerce, catalogs, packaging, and marketing campaigns Photograph lifestyle, installation, and branded content for web, email, social, and print use Edit, retouch, and optimize images for multiple platforms and file specifications Video Shoot and edit interview and testimonial-style video content Produce case study and customer story videos Capture in-use / installation footage showcasing products in real-world settings Shoot and edit training videos for internal and customer-facing use Record and edit podcast video content Produce "what's in the box" / unboxing videos for product launches General Maintain consistent brand standards across all photo and video output Coordinate and manage shoots, including lighting, staging, props, equipment, and audio Organize, catalog, and maintain a structured digital asset library (photo and video) Collaborate cross-functionally to understand creative needs and timelines What You'll Need Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting Video production and editing experience, including interview and product-style content Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; Premiere Pro for video editing Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have Drone operation experience (FAA Part 107 certification a plus) Podcast recording/audio editing experience After Effects or motion graphics skills What We Provide On-site studio space and lighting equipment Camera bodies, lenses, and drone equipment Adobe Creative Cloud licensing Training support to help you build skills in areas like drone certification or new software
