Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA) – Social Media, Graphic Design & Customer Service Position Overview We are looking for a versatile, proactive, and creative Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at content creation (specifically video editing and graphic design) while maintaining excellent communication with our customers. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Editing: Edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and assets for social media platforms. Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling, posting, and monitoring social media channels. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, manage messages/comments, and provide top-tier support to our community or clients. Qualifications & Skills Video Editing: Proven experience editing with CapCut (transitions, captions, pacing). Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools. Customer Service: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; professional and empathetic tone. Reliability: Strong time management skills and a stable internet connection. Compensation & Growth Path We believe in rewarding talent and hard work. This position features a performance-based stepping-stone pay structure: Starting Rate: $4.00 / hour Performance Increments: $0.50 increase every week as you prove your skills, reliability, and integration into the team.
