This Role Is Probably Not For You If Your primary experience is generic B2B or SaaS sales You don't already understand the music industry You are looking for a purely remote position You prefer waiting for inbound leads rather than proactively developing relationships You are primarily a high-volume cold caller or appointment setter Engagement This will begin as a contract/fractional position with the opportunity to become a long-term role for the right person. We are open to structuring compensation around a combination of base/retainer + performance incentives/commission depending on experience, network, and level of involvement. To Apply Please send: A short overview of your music industry background What part of the industry your strongest relationships are in Examples of business, partnerships, clients, or opportunities you have helped generate Your experience with recording studios and/or music publishing Confirmation that you currently live in the Los Angeles area Your preferred compensation structure and weekly availability Please don't send a generic sales proposal.
