Music Label Operations Assistant / Label Assistant In The Music Industry

As Label Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting activities that optimize the label. Responsibilities: - Catalog administration: Maintain metadata for records and songs across our databases (ISRCs, credits, splits, etc.) - Release operations: Collect and ingest release assets to DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and social platforms. - Community management: Act as the main point of contact for our community groups, keeping them informed about upcoming releases and activations (launches, events, campaigns) - Strategic research: Track competitors, suggest new ideas we can implement in the company, explore new markets, and surface relevant technology and industry trends.
