Mystery Shopper – Automotive Dealership Evaluation (Taraz - KZ)

Project Type: Mystery Shopping / Market Research We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented mystery shoppers to conduct in-person evaluations at new car dealerships in Kazakhstan. Locations: Taraz , Pavlodar. As a mystery shopper, you will visit a dealership as a genuine customer interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Your objective is to evaluate the customer experience, negotiate pricing, and collect specific documentation while strictly following the provided scenario. Responsibilities: - Review the project guidelines and assignment brief before accepting the visit. - You can choose any authorized dealership in KZ that sells the assigned vehicle model, unless otherwise instructed by the Project Manager. - Contact the dealership in advance to confirm that the assigned vehicle is available. - Visit the dealership posing as a genuine prospective buyer. - Request the exact vehicle model and version specified in your assignment (Yellow Sticky Note). - Complete the online questionnaire within 24 hours of the visit. Requirements: Excellent attention to detail. Good English and local language skills (where required). Comfortable speaking with dealership sales staff. Ability to follow detailed written instructions exactly. Smartphone or camera for required photos. Reliable internet connection for report submission.
