Mystery Shopper / Evaluator Needed for Secure English Language Test

We are recruiting reliable mystery shoppers to evaluate LanguageCert SELT (Secure English Language Test) centres. These English tests are used for UK visa applications, and your role is to check whether the test centre staff follow the correct procedures and security rules. ### Your Responsibilities * Book a SELT exam using a voucher code provided by us * Attend the test centre as a normal test taker * Observe the full process, including: * ID verification * Security checks * Staff professionalism * Exam room conditions * In some cases, you may be asked to present incorrect or incomplete ID to test how staff handle the situation * Complete and submit a detailed report within 12 hours after your visit ### Requirements * Good written and spoken English * Strong observation and attention to detail * Professional behaviour and appearance * Valid original photo ID * Clean criminal record * Ability to travel to the assigned location ### What We Offer We will book the exam for you and you don't have to pay for it ### Current Locations Needed * Kigali, Rwanda ( Diamond House, Great Apartments, KN 5 Road, Mushumba Mwiza, Ku Cya, Mitsing,Nyarugunga, Kigali ) * Moka, Mauritius ( Baguant Lane, Allee Brilliant, Vacoas Moka) * Cote Divoire ( Abidjan BP 109, Cocody Danga, Rue des Jasmins, Residence Vieux Cocody - Apte 2 Abidjan) This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can objectively report their experience and follow instructions carefully.
