Looking for an Experienced Celebrity Clip Researcher

I'm looking for someone with previous experience doing this type of work to research and prepare 30–50 funny and entertaining celebrity moments for each YouTube video topic. Important: This is NOT a video editing job. I will handle all video editing myself. Your job is only to research, find, trim, and organize the clips. Each clip should be cut to the correct start and end points, numbered clearly, and ready for me to use in my edit. You may use tools or websites such as https://www.clipscutter.com/ (or similar) to help trim and prepare the clips. All selected content must be copyright-safe, properly licensed, Public Domain, Creative Commons, or otherwise legally available for use in the project. (Examples will be provided.) Your Tasks Research and find the funniest and most entertaining celebrity moments from: Interviews Podcasts Talk Shows Behind-the-scenes content Bloopers Public appearances And similar sources Trim each clip so it starts and ends at the best possible moment. Deliver every clip as a separate, clearly numbered video file. The ideal clip length is 30–50 seconds, and I strongly prefer clips in that range. 10–20 second clips are also acceptable, but only if they're genuinely hilarious and strong enough to stand on their own. Please Avoid Boring moments Random movie scenes Weak jokes Clips where nothing interesting happens Quality is more important than quantity. I'd rather receive 35 amazing clips than 50 average ones. Weak, repetitive, low-quality, or unfunny clips may not be counted. Requirements You must have previous experience doing similar work. Must have fluent or native-level English (spoken and written), as you'll need to accurately understand interviews, podcasts, and talk shows. Please include examples of similar work you've done before. Good understanding of YouTube content and internet culture is a big plus. Attention to detail is very important. Budget $30 per video + performance bonuses based on how well the video performs. Note: We're just getting started, so the budget is expected to increase over time as the project grows and the workflow becomes more efficient.
