Supplier Outreach for Oil Collection GREECE

I need someone preferrable Greek who can act as my on-the-ground representative and canvas hotels, restaurants, and food-processing facilities across the state. Your mission is to find decision-makers, introduce our new used-cooking-oil collection service, and gauge each business’s appetite for joining a future pick-up program. What you’ll do • Build a state-wide list of qualifying businesses through web research, industry directories, and phone discovery. • Reach out by phone, email, or in-person visit to owners, general managers, or operations staff. • Briefly present who we are, why responsible oil disposal matters, and how our free collection service can save them money and hassle. • Record whether they are interested, undecided, or not a fit, and—when possible—note their estimated monthly oil volume. • Keep concise notes on every touchpoint so I can pick up the conversation later without missing context. Deliverables • A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing: – Business name and address – Contact name, role, phone, and email – Conversation status and next-step date – Estimated litres/pounds of used oil per month (if shared) • A short summary highlighting the most promising leads and any trends you noticed. Success means I receive a clean, well-organized contact database and a clear picture of who is ready—or nearly ready—to partner with us on used oil collection across the state.
