Mystery Shopper Needed in Germany – Website & Customer Experience Research

We are looking for 3 mystery shoppers based in Germany to participate in a customer experience research project. You will be assigned one online service and asked to complete the registration and verification process while documenting your experience from start to finish. What you'll do Complete the assigned registration process. Take screenshots of every important step. Save all emails and SMS messages received. Download any documents generated during the process. Organize all materials into clearly labeled folders. Submit the complete documentation after finishing the assignment. The work usually takes 2–4 hours spread across several days. Available positions Mystery Shopper #1 Mystery Shopper #2 Mystery Shopper #3 Each participant will be assigned one service only. Requirements You must: Be 21 years of age or older. Currently live in Germany. Have a valid German government-issued ID (Personalausweis or Passport). Have a German mobile phone number. Have a personal German IBAN. Have a stable source of income. Be comfortable completing online identity verification. Not currently be participating in similar research projects. Be able to follow instructions carefully and provide complete documentation. Technical Requirements Desktop or laptop computer. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. No VPN, proxy, virtual machine, ad blockers, or privacy extensions during the task. Stable internet connection. Deliverables Your final submission should include: Screenshots of every step. All received emails. All SMS messages. Downloaded documents. A short summary of your experience. Everything organized into clearly named folders. Payment $150 Fixed Price Payment is made after the successful completion of the assignment and submission of all required materials. Summary: Complete the full customer journey on one of the assigned online services, documenting each step with screenshots. Save all communications (emails, SMS, etc.), document any additional products or offers presented during the process, and provide all generated documents. The project will be considered complete once the entire registration and onboarding process has been completed successfully and all required materials have been submitted. Important: The full customer journey must be completed from the initial registration step through to the final outcome. The goal of this project is to document the complete end-to-end process. If the full journey cannot be completed for any reason, the assignment will not be considered successfully completed and payment will not be released.
