Mystery Shopper Needed for Healthcare Service Monitoring in Azerbaijan

Hello, We are a professional health service monitoring company that conducts evaluations to help healthcare providers improve patient experience and service quality. We’re currently looking for a Mystery Shopper based in Azerbaijan to assist us with on-site and remote evaluation tasks. All visits if required are for observational purposes only, and you’ll act as a regular client providing honest feedback on your experience. Tasks include: Visiting assigned healthcare locations (clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies) Observing service quality, cleanliness, and staff interaction Asking simple, non-intrusive questions as a regular client Submitting a brief, structured feedback report after each visit Requirements: Must be based in Azerbaijan (or have reliable access to the area) Reliable, detail-oriented, and discreet Good observation and communication skills No prior experience needed — clear instructions will be provided We regularly have similar projects in the region, so this could lead to ongoing work.
