We help leading online brands understand the gap between the experience they promise online and the experience customers actually receive. To support our international growth, we are expanding our network of Customer Experience Auditors across Europe. We are looking for reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy online shopping and can provide structured feedback throughout the customer journey. What You Will Do As a Customer Experience Auditor, you will act as a real customer and evaluate an online purchase from beginning to end. Depending on the project, your mission may include: • Placing an order on an e-commerce website (Paid by SaferBuy) • Following detailed testing instructions • Completing structured evaluation forms • Taking screenshots during the customer journey • Taking photos of deliveries, packaging, and products • Evaluating customer communications (emails, SMS, tracking updates, etc.) • Assessing product quality and overall customer experience • Documenting any issues, inconsistencies, or friction points encountered • In some cases, testing the return and refund process You will be asked to provide honest feedback based on your actual experience. What We Are Looking For ? We are looking for people who: • Are reliable and responsive • Follow instructions carefully • Pay attention to details • Are comfortable taking screenshots and photos • Can write and read clear comments in English • Shop online regularly • Are able to complete tasks independently Previous experience in mystery shopping, user testing, product reviews, or customer experience research is a plus, but not required. Compensation Compensation varies depending on the project and country.
