Summary

We are conducting user experience research on leasing services available in different countries. Currently, we are looking for a freelancer who can review and document the customer onboarding and registration process of selected leasing companies. The goal of this task is to understand and map the full customer journey and user experience during the onboarding process. More detailed instructions regarding the exact information to be collected will be provided to shortlisted candidates. Requirements: Currently located in Romania Romanian language skills Ability to follow instructions carefully Good communication skills.
