Title: NDIS Inbound Sales Consultant NDIS Inbound Sales Specialist (Warm Leads) – Fitness & Disability Services (Australia) ⸻ Job Description: Fit Your Ability is an NDIS-registered provider based in Melbourne. We specialise in sports, fitness, and recreational support for people with disabilities. We’re growing pretty quickly and I’m looking for someone to help manage and convert inbound leads, plus do some light outbound outreach to NDIS-related contacts (support coordinators, plan managers, etc.). This is not a cold call grind. Most of the work is warm leads who have already shown interest — we just need someone who can have a genuine conversation, build trust, and guide them into services. ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing: * Calling and following up new inbound leads (NDIS participants / families) * Qualifying leads and understanding their needs * Explaining our services in a simple, down-to-earth way * Booking consultations and helping convert leads into active clients * Occasional outbound outreach to: * Support coordinators * Plan managers * Local NDIS networks * Updating CRM with notes and lead status * Working closely with me to improve the sales process over time ⸻ What We’re Looking For: * Strong communication skills — you sound natural, not scripted * Experience in inbound sales or lead conversion * Ability to build trust quickly with families and participants * Organized and reliable with follow-ups * Comfortable working independently Bonus (not essential): * Experience in the NDIS space * Understanding of disability services or allied health * Experience dealing with parents/families in sensitive situations ⸻ What This Role Is NOT: * Not high-pressure sales * Not pushy or transactional * Not a massive outbound cold-calling role We care a lot about fit and outcomes, so this is more about guiding people properly than “closing at all costs.” ⸻ Hours & Setup: * Flexible hours (ideally some overlap with Australian time zones) * Ongoing work for the right person * Potential to grow into a bigger role as we scale ⸻ To Apply: Send a quick message with: 1.
