.NET, Blazor, Telerik and IIS Developer

You must be available during US business hours. Project overview We are modernizing a hospice EMR from Silverlight and ASP.NET Web Forms to Blazor Server. Current stack: C# .NET Framework and modern .NET Blazor Server ASP.NET Web Forms Telerik ASPX Scheduler Telerik Blazor Scheduler SQL Server IIS and Windows Server GitHub Azure DevOps Project 1: Telerik Scheduler The legacy and Blazor schedulers use the same data but display different patient and employee appointments. The Blazor version often shows extra events. The issue likely involves: Recurring series Recurrence rules Modified or deleted occurrences Recurrence parent records Open-ended schedules Historical appointment data You will review both scheduler implementations, SQL recurrence data, previous migration logic, and Git history. You must identify the root cause, correct the Blazor scheduler behavior, and ensure both calendars display identical results. There is also a patient discharge bug. The current logic may delete all appointments instead of only future appointments. Historical appointments and audit data must be preserved. Project 2: Staging and deployment The Blazor application is hosted on private IIS servers. Code is currently tested locally and then deployed directly to production, where all clients receive it. A test database exists, but there is no separate staging application. You will: Review IIS, DNS, SSL, redirects, and deployment configuration. Create a separate Blazor staging site and hostname. Separate staging and production databases, settings, secrets, and logs. Create a safe staging-to-production deployment and rollback process. Coordinate with the existing infrastructure administrator. Required experience Strong experience with: C# and .NET Blazor Server ASP.NET Web Forms Telerik Scheduler or RadScheduler SQL Server and data migration IIS and Windows Server DNS, SSL, and deployment GitHub and Azure DevOps Legacy application modernization Healthcare or regulated software experience is preferred. The project will begin with a paid discovery and technical audit.
