EB-2 NIW Petition Writer / Immigration Research & Document Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced EB-2 NIW petition writer or immigration document specialist to help prepare a high-quality EB-2 National Interest Waiver petition from start to finish. This is not a simple writing project. I’m looking for someone who understands the EB-2 NIW process and can work closely with an applicant to build a strong petition package. Responsibilities * Review the applicant’s academic and professional background. * Help identify the strongest NIW strategy. * Develop the proposed endeavor. * Determine what evidence should be collected. * Organize supporting documentation. * Draft or assist with recommendation letters. * Write a compelling petition letter. * Organize exhibits and supporting evidence. * Review the petition for completeness and consistency. * Provide guidance throughout the preparation process. * Experience completing Form I-140 and related filing documents is a plus. * Staying up to date with the latest changes to this process.
