NVICTUS LLC Logo System Refinement

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to refine and finalize an existing logo system for NVICTUS LLC, a premium multidimensional parent company built around business strategy, operational excellence, creative direction, lifestyle concepts, wellness, and community impact. This is not a logo design from scratch. I already have logo mockups, transparent draft assets, and visual color palette references. I need a designer who can clean up, unify, refine, and prepare the final logo system for professional use across web, print, documents, social media, and future brand extensions. The brand should feel: elevated, bold, sleek, luxurious, modern, intentional, powerful, and expandable. Scope of Work: I need refinement and final deliverables for 5 logo assets: 1) Primary Logo : Monogram N + halo/arc element + NVICTUS wordmark + underline accent 2) Secondary Logo: Monogram N + NVICTUS wordmark + underline accent, without the halo/arc 3) Monogram N Only Logo: Icon mark for favicon, social profile, watermark, seal, and small-space use 4) Horizontal Logo: Monogram N as the hero + wordmark “VICTUS” on the right 5) Alternate Horizontal Brand Logo: NVICTUS wordmark over an infinity/dot-motif gradient I will provide mockups and visual references for each logo asset. Brand Color Direction: The logo system should be refined around a luxury palette that includes: near-black smoked graphite deep royal violet champagne metallic gold soft metallic highlight warm ivory elevated taupe slate gray The gold should feel champagne-metallic, not bright yellow. The purple should feel deep royal violet, not blue-leaning, neon, or overly electric. The overall finish should feel premium, dimensional, and polished without becoming overly flashy. I will provide visual gradient palette references for the halo/arc, underline accent, lower part of the N, and infinity/dot-motif. Typography Direction: The typography should feel like a refined luxury serif or editorial serif, with elegant, upscale, polished letterforms. I want the typography to feel premium and aligned with the brand, not generic, playful, or overly trendy. Deliverables Needed: Please provide a clean, organized final logo package. Please provide: 1 organized master AI file (master editable source file) The master AI file should include the complete editable logo system, including all 5 logo types: 1) Primary logo 2) Secondary logo 3) Monogram N only logo 4) Horizontal logo 5) Alternate horizontal brand logo with the infinity/dot-motif Each logo type should be included in the following 5 scalable versions: Full-color Black White Champagne gold Royal violet SVG Vector Exports: Please provide individual SVG files for each logo type and color version. This should include: 5 logo types × 5 scalable full-color versions = 25 SVG files Practical PNG / JPG Export Files: Please provide organized PNG/JPG exports for practical everyday use. For each of the 5 logo types, please provide: Full-color transparent PNG Full-color dark-background version Full-color light-background version One-color black version One-color white version One-color champagne gold version One-color royal violet version This equals approximately: 5 logo types × 7 practical export versions = 35 PNG/JPG export files PNG is preferred for transparent-background logos. JPG can be used where a solid background version makes more sense. Favicon-Ready Files: Favicon-ready files are only needed for the Monogram N only logo, not every logo type. Please provide favicon-ready versions such as: 512×512 PNG 192×192 PNG 32×32 PNG favicon ICO file, if available PDF / EPS Files: Since the master AI file will be provided, I do not need every single logo version exported individually as PDF and EPS. Please provide: 1 PDF overview sheet showing the complete final logo system EPS files only for 5 logo full-color versions, if practical The most important source/vector deliverables are the master AI file and the 25 SVG files. Final File Organization Please organize the final package in clear folders, such as: 01_Master_AI_File 02_SVG_Vector_Exports 03_PNG_Transparent 04_Dark_Background_Versions 05_Light_Background_Versions 06_One_Color_Versions 07_Favicon 08_PDF_Overview 09_EPS_Core_Files, if included The ideal designer should have experience with: luxury logo refinement monogram logos vector cleanup metallic and gradient effects brand identity systems logo systems that work across multiple backgrounds preparing production-ready logo files for web and print Please include examples of luxury branding, monogram logos, or logo system work in your proposal. I do not need a full brand guide at this stage. I need the final logo system and files organized clearly so I can create my own mini brand guide afterward. Please confirm in your proposal that you can provide editable vector/source files and not just PNG/JPG edits! The full designer brief is attached. This project is posted at $650 as the starting fixed-price budget. I am willing to consider proposals up to $750 maximum for the right designer, depending on portfolio quality, luxury branding experience, and ability to provide the full organized deliverable package.
