Looking for an experienced NYC specific DOB drafter to help prepare filing sets and support DOB NOW filings. Must know how to prepare: Zoning tables and zoning calculations Energy calculations Schedule of Occupancy DOB NOW filing data that matches the plans Basic code/zoning coordination Drafting and plan revisions We already have an AOR, so no license is required. (If you are also licensed and interested in acting as AOR, please indicate that separately and we can discuss fees.) Ideal candidate understands NYC DOB requirements well enough to make sure the plans, zoning table, Schedule of Occupancy, and DOB NOW filing all line up properly. Please send relevant samples, NYC DOB experience, software used, hourly rate, and availability.
