Nanny/housemaid uniform design

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced apparel designer to help create the first uniform collection for Match Makers, a premium household staffing company that places nannies, housekeepers and caregivers. The goal is to develop a modern, professional uniform collection that feels trustworthy, elegant and practical, moving away from the traditional “maid uniform” image and positioning household staff as trained professionals. For the initial collection, I’m looking for: * 3 different top styles * 1 dress style * 2 different pant styles * 2 winter layers (cardigan, jacket, vest or your recommendation) I have a reference board that I will share, but it is intended only as inspiration. I’m looking for someone who can bring their own creative ideas and recommendations regarding silhouettes, functionality, details and overall design direction. I would also appreciate guidance on: * Fabric selection * Durability and easy care * Breathability and comfort * Suitable materials for daily wear * Production considerations Please let me know: 1.
