2025 Annual Survey Project Job Description: National CASA/GAL is seeking an experienced data collection and analysis consultant to manage the 2025 Annual Survey Project for state organizations and local programs nationwide. This individual will lead all aspects of the survey lifecycle, from survey preparation and administration through data validation, analysis, and reporting, to ensure delivery of high-quality, accurate national and state-level data. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in enterprise survey platforms, data analysis, and producing meaningful reports that inform organizational strategy and decision-making. Responsibilities: Overall survey administration, monitoring, and reports • Pretesting, review and finalization of 2025 forms (state and local) • Finalize forms • Update and finalize instruction documents • Prepare to post • Consistent monitoring of KeySurvey and survey email inbox • Reminders to submit • Monitor and follow-up to non-responders • Data check during survey for outliers • Preliminary and final survey data review and analysis • Report preparation • National key data estimation Deliverables: • State organization summary report • Local program summary report • State summary reports • National data set • State data sets • Key data PPT • National key data estimates Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience with KeySurvey (by WorldAPP) or similar enterprise survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey Enterprise, Alchemer). • Proven experience with data collection and analysis. • Experience with writing data reports. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with nonprofit or multi-site program data collection. • Familiarity with Excel-based survey planning and analysis. • Ability to deliver within a structured project plan or timeline.
