AI-Native Account Manager / Client Success Lead for Growing Marketing Agency

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Account Manager / Client Success Lead to support a growing AI-native marketing agency. This is not a traditional “keep the client updated” role. We need someone who can confidently manage client relationships, keep projects moving, identify growth opportunities, and use AI tools fluently to work faster and better. You should be strong in both client leadership and execution support. What we need this person to do - Lead client communication and keep accounts organized - Run meetings, follow-ups, and next steps clearly - Keep clients happy, informed, and confident in the work - Spot churn risks early and help strengthen retention - Identify upsell / expansion opportunities where appropriate - Help onboard new clients and build trust quickly - Use AI tools to speed up workflows, drafts, reporting, research, planning, and internal coordination - Turn vague client requests into clear action items for the delivery team - Help maintain momentum across multiple accounts without becoming a bottleneck You’re a strong fit if you: - Have real experience in account management, client success, project leadership, or agency account leadership - Are genuinely AI-native / AI-fluent - Can use AI tools to create better outputs faster - Are highly organized, proactive, and commercially aware - Can communicate clearly and professionally with clients - Understand how to balance relationship management with delivery coordination - Are comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving business Bonus if you have: - Agency experience - Experience with marketing clients, SEO/content/digital/growth accounts - Experience helping grow existing client relationships - Familiarity with reporting, strategy decks, briefs, content workflows, or operational systems - Experience in financial services, professional services, or B2B service businesses We want someone who can combine: 1. great client handling 2. strong operational discipline 3. real AI-powered productivity To apply, please include: 1.
