Native Chinese OEM Outreach Assistant for ERL SPM Bangladesh Distributorship Project

We are looking for a native Chinese speaker based in China to help us contact Chinese OEMs and manufacturers for Bangladesh distributorship and cooperation opportunities. Our current target is based on the Eastern Refinery Limited, Chittagong Single Point Mooring with Double Pipeline Project in Bangladesh. This is a major oil import and refinery infrastructure project. Many OEMs and package suppliers are connected with this project, including diesel generator, fire pump, valves, actuators, cranes, mooring rope, pipeline equipment, coating, SCADA, PLC, fire and gas, tank farm, and industrial spare parts. We want to contact China based OEMs and similar manufacturers to explore authorization letter, distributorship, cooperation letter, spare parts support, and future operation and maintenance support for Bangladesh market. We already have a China side company and a Bangladesh side partner. The China side company will handle supplier communication, documentation, export coordination, and shipment support. The Bangladesh side partner will handle local client liaison, site follow up, and market support near Eastern Refinery and Chittagong industrial area. Job Responsibilities: Search Chinese OEMs from Chinese public websites, company databases, industrial directories, supplier pages, and project news. Find correct export sales, international business, or project sales contact person. Contact Chinese companies in Chinese and explain our Bangladesh distributorship interest. Ask whether they already have any Bangladesh distributor or authorized partner. Ask whether they can provide authorization letter or cooperation letter for Bangladesh market. Prepare a daily Excel report with company name, product, website, contact person, position, communication status, result, and next action. Shortlist serious OEMs who are open for Bangladesh cooperation. Payment and Long Term Partnership: We prefer one fixed milestone payment for the first trial work. After the trial, if the cooperation works well, we want a long term partnership. For successful business results, we are ready to offer a performance bonus equal to 10 percent of our received net profit from a successful future deal. This bonus will be paid through Upwork or through a written agreement allowed by Upwork policy. A successful deal means: We get distributorship, authorization letter, or official cooperation from a China OEM through your support. Later we win a tender, order, or supply contract in Bangladesh using that OEM cooperation. After the project is completed and our net profit is received, you will receive 10 percent of our received net profit from that deal. This profit share will be based on written agreement and actual received net profit. We are looking for a serious person who wants fixed payment now and long term earning from future China to Bangladesh industrial business.
