AI-Native SEO Content Writer: Scale Content with Claude Cowork & Claude Code Project Overview: We're looking for an SEO expert who can produce 5+ high-quality, ranking-ready pages per day using Claude Cowork and preferably Claude Code. Deep SEO expertise is non-negotiable. You need to understand ranking factors, search intent, on-page optimization, competitive analysis, and generative engine optimization inside and out. This isn't about writing everything by hand or copy-pasting raw AI output. We need someone who uses AI tooling to scale their SEO expertise into consistent, high-performing content. AISEO (aiseo.ai) is a growing AI SaaS platform for content creation, SEO, paraphrasing, and more, growing 100% year over year. As AISEO grows, you grow too. We are an AI-native company and will get you fully set up with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Skills, and our internal workflows. But you need to be the kind of person who takes that setup and runs with it. This is an ongoing, full-time role, not a one-off project. We need consistent daily output, Monday through Saturday. Responsibilities: - Produce 5+ high-quality landing pages and blog posts per day using Claude Cowork (and preferably Claude Code) as your primary production tools - Conduct deep keyword research with Ahrefs to identify targets, assess difficulty, find content gaps, and plan content clusters that dominate SERPs - Analyze competitor content. Understand what's ranking, why it's ranking, and build content strategies that outrank them - Build and refine custom Claude Skills (SKILL.md) that encode your content creation process, from research to outline to draft to final edit - Set up agentic workflows in Cowork that automate repetitive tasks (research, first drafts, formatting, internal linking) so you can focus on quality and strategy - Optimize content for both traditional SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) so pages perform well in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) as well as classic search results - Assess published page performance using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and SERP analysis. Identify what's not ranking, diagnose why, and rewrite or optimize - Edit and refine AI-generated content so it reads naturally, follows SEO best practices, and is indistinguishable from expert-written content - Continuously improve your workflows. If you do something manually more than twice, it should become a skill or automated step Qualifications: - SEO expertise is non-negotiable. Deep, hands-on knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, keyword research, search intent analysis, and content optimization. You should be able to look at a SERP and immediately know how to win it. - Expert-level proficiency with Ahrefs: keyword explorer, content gap analysis, site audit, SERP overview, competitor analysis. Experience with other SEO tools (Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog) is a plus. - Strong keyword research skills. You know how to find high-opportunity keywords, cluster them, assess difficulty vs. volume tradeoffs, and build a content plan that compounds over time. - Competitive analysis expertise. You can dissect why competitors rank, identify their weaknesses, and create content that outperforms them. - Generative engine optimization (GEO) knowledge. You understand how AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) source and surface content, and you know how to optimize for visibility in these systems, not just traditional SERPs. - Experience with Claude Cowork or similar AI writing workflows, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly. Experience with Claude Code is a strong plus. - Ability to build custom Claude Skills that streamline your writing process - Comfortable setting up agentic workflows where Claude handles parts of the process autonomously while you maintain quality control - Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Self-directed.
