AI-Native Creative Designer / Editor We're looking for an AI-native creative who knows how to create ads that drive results, not just look good. We're a performance marketing team working with international e-commerce brands. Your work will directly impact revenue, and you'll see the results of the creatives you produce. What you'll do: Create high-converting AI-generated static and video ads Research competitors, customers, and winning creative angles Use Claude and the latest AI creative tools to produce assets quickly and efficiently Connect AI tools into your workflow and continuously explore new ways to improve output Jump on calls and communicate confidently in English Test, learn, and iterate based on real performance data What we're looking for: Experience creating ads for performance marketing (A MUST) AI-native - you use AI daily as part of your creative process Comfortable creating both static and video ads with AI Self-directed and able to learn and adapt to new AI tools and workflows Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating on calls Bonus: Experience with direct response copywriting and copywriting principles What we offer: $800–$1,500/month based on experience (full-time) $50 signing bonus (paid immediately) Fully remote - work from anywhere Part-time or full-time - you choose Access to premium AI tools and subscriptions Small, collaborative team.
