Native English Screening Caller for Scripted 20–30 Min Interviews (Luxury US Brand)

We’re Cloud9 Windy City, a US-based luxury short-term rental company, hiring fast. We’re looking for a reliable, native-level English caller to run our first-round screening calls using a clear, repeatable system. You will: Run scheduled 20–30 minute screening calls on Google Meet, following our script word for word. Ask a set list of questions, score each candidate on a simple pass/fail rubric, and add a few brief notes. Move candidates forward or send a polite decline using our templates only. Show up on time, every time, and keep a warm, professional presence that matches a luxury brand. You must have: Native-level English with a clear, easy-to-understand American, British, or Australian accent. The discipline to follow a script exactly and run the same process every time. A quiet, professional-looking space, solid internet, and a good mic and camera. Availability that overlaps with US business hours on weekdays. Nice to have (not required): Experience in recruiting, screening, customer service, or hospitality. Prior experience running Zoom/Meet calls. Background working with US-based companies.
