Native English-Speaking Sales Caller – Savvy Shopper

Savvy Shopper App & Magazine is looking for an energetic, dependable native English-speaking outbound caller to help us connect with local businesses and grow our advertiser base. This position involves calling business owners throughout our service areas, introducing Savvy Shopper, explaining our advertising opportunities, following up with interested businesses, and helping turn prospects into customers. NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER REQUIRED. Because this position requires speaking directly with U.S. business owners by phone, applicants must speak clear, natural, fluent English and be comfortable carrying on a professional sales conversation. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to local business owners Introduce Savvy Shopper App & Magazine Explain our advertising and promotional opportunities Generate interest and identify qualified prospects Follow up with businesses that have previously been contacted Answer basic questions about our advertising programs Work toward closing sales and/or moving interested prospects to the next step Keep accurate notes and update prospect information Consistently complete assigned calls and follow-ups What We’re Looking For Native English speaker – REQUIRED Strong, clear telephone voice Previous outbound sales, telemarketing, or business-to-business calling experience Comfortable speaking directly with business owners Friendly and professional, but not afraid to ask for the sale Able to follow a script without sounding like you are reading one Comfortable handling objections Self-motivated and dependable Able to stay organized and follow up consistently Comfortable working toward sales goals Previous B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
