Native English Transcriber (Various English Accents)

We are hiring native English transcribers for a new audio transcription project. The recordings include different English accents — British English, Indian English, and Japanese English — and your task will be to accurately transcribe the spoken content. You must have at least 6 hours of free time per day and be able to meet weekly task targets with high-quality work. We are looking for 20 to 30 people to join the team. The project will run until December, and each transcriber is expected to complete a minimum of 30 tasks per week. Every task takes about 10 to 15 minutes of effective work time, and it usually requires 6 to 7 working hours to complete one audio hour. The pay rate for this project is $17 to 25 per audio hour, which equals an average monthly income of around $400 to $700 USD, depending on performance and availability. This corresponds to an effective hourly rate of about $3 to $5 USD. Please note that maintaining high-quality work is very important. If more than 10% of your submitted transcriptions are returned due to quality issues, a 10% deduction will be applied to your total payment.
