Native European Portuguese (pt-PT) Voice Talent — IVR Phone Call Recordings (Pilot Project)

Summary: We are collecting natural, real-human voice recordings in European Portuguese (Portugal) to help train phone-based voice assistant (IVR) systems. This is a scripted role-play recording task — not a translation job, not a voiceover job, and no AI/TTS voices allowed. What we need: 25 short scripted phone-call style recordings (provided to you in Portuguese) Recordings simulate real customer service calls across 5 topics: Banking, Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance, and Emergency calls Each recording is 1–30 seconds long (most are under 15 seconds) A simple transcript file for each recording (we will guide you — no technical experience needed) Who we're looking for: Native European Portuguese speaker, based in Portugal Comfortable speaking naturally into a phone or recording app We are specifically looking for speakers in different age groups, including 55+ — all ages 18+ welcome to apply Both male and female speakers needed Recording requirements: Some recordings via a real phone call (mobile/landline) Some recordings via a phone app or computer microphone (higher quality) A few recordings should have natural background noise (e.g. recorded in a café or near light traffic) — we'll tell you exactly which ones No background noise should be artificially added — it must be real.
