Native French Audiobook Narrator / Voice Actor Needed (Long-Term Project)

We are looking for a native French speaker with professional experience in audiobook narration, voice acting, or long-form voice-over projects for a premium audiobook recording opportunity. This is a paid, long-term project. The selected narrator will record approximately 10 hours of audiobook content while maintaining consistent narration quality and professional audio standards throughout the project. Responsibilities * Narrate long-form audiobook content in French. * Deliver natural, engaging, and emotionally expressive storytelling. * Maintain consistent pacing, pronunciation, and narration style throughout the project. * Follow all recording specifications and project guidelines. Requirements * Native French speaker (France preferred; applicants from other French-speaking regions with a standard French accent are also welcome). * Experience in audiobook narration, voice acting, dubbing, podcast narration, or similar long-form voice projects. * Excellent storytelling skills with natural emotional delivery. * Clear pronunciation using standard French. * Ability to commit to the full recording schedule. Recording Requirements Applicants must have access to a professional recording studio or a broadcast-quality home studio. Required audio specifications: * WAV (.wav) * 48 kHz Sample Rate * 24-bit * Mono * Raw, unprocessed audio * No EQ * No Compression * No Noise Reduction * No Reverb * No Limiting * No other audio processing The recording environment should be quiet, acoustically treated, and free from background noise. Audition Process Shortlisted applicants will receive four audition scripts in French. The audition is designed to evaluate: * Story narration * Character dialogue * Emotional expression * Scene transitions * Dramatic storytelling Applicants must submit recordings for all four scripts following the provided recording guidelines.
