AI-Native Full Stack Developer Needed for Employer Branding Automation Platform

We are building an employer branding platform that automates job scraping, job publishing, company profile workflows, and AI-generated employer branding content across multiple external platforms. The current project has been developed heavily with Claude Code, so we are looking for a fast, AI-native developer who can work inside an existing AI-assisted codebase, understand what Claude is doing, review real code carefully, debug issues, and ship quickly. This is not a role for someone who only waits for exact instructions. We need a practical builder who can think independently, identify what needs to be done, make good technical decisions, and move fast without breaking the system. **Current tech stack:** * Python / FastAPI backend * Supabase PostgreSQL database * Docker-based development and deployment workflow * Playwright for browser automation and job posting flows * Claude Code-assisted development workflow * Claude / AI integration for generating employer branding content **What you will work on:** * Scraping jobs from many different company career pages and external job sources * Building and maintaining Playwright automation flows * Posting/uploading jobs into one specific external platform * Connecting Claude/AI workflows to generate company branding content * Creating or improving prompts for company profiles, job descriptions, and employer branding copy * Debugging broken scraping, posting, and AI-generation flows * Improving reliability with retries, logging, proxy handling, and error monitoring * Working with an existing Claude Code-driven codebase * Reviewing AI-generated code and making sure it is production-ready * Making decisions about architecture, edge cases, and implementation details without needing constant hand-holding **Required experience:** * Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code * You should be a daily/serious Claude Code user, not someone who only tested it once * Strong Python and FastAPI experience * Strong Supabase/PostgreSQL experience * Strong Docker experience * Strong Playwright experience — not Puppeteer * Experience integrating Claude, OpenAI, or other AI APIs into production applications * Experience with prompt engineering, structured AI outputs, and AI-generated content workflows * Strong real coding ability — you must be able to debug, refactor, and review code manually * Experience with scraping, browser automation, job posting workflows, or external form automation * Comfortable working fast in an existing codebase * Able to communicate clearly and quickly during EST working hours * Able to make smart decisions independently instead of only following step-by-step instructions **Important working style:** We need someone highly responsive.
