Native German Call Center Group Recording

This project involves recording a structured, natural-sounding conversation in Native German between two participants simulating real call center interactions. Scope of Work: * Total recording time: 2 hours 20 minutes. * Each topic will be 35 minutes. * Conversations will cover 4 topics: 1) Banking 2) Telecom 3) Insurance 4) Hospital * Each topic must be recorded separately. * Participants will alternate roles (agent and customer) after each topic, ensuring each person performs 2 times as agent and 2 times as customer. Payment: $30 per person (60$ per group). Recording Requirements: * Maintain clear, natural speech throughout. * Avoid background noise, long pauses, or excessive stuttering. * Conversations should feel realistic and unscripted. * You can bring your own partner, or we can assign one. * Must have a quiet environment and a stable internet connection. * You must not have participated in this project before. Zoom Recording: Participants will manage Zoom themselves. * Record one Zoom file per topic. * Name Zoom files accordingly: S0–S3. * The Ocean Speech group code will be provided for recording synchronization. Workflow for Each Topic (S0–S3): * Join the Zoom session (using a laptop and headphones; keep microphone muted until ready). * Confirm that the Zoom recording has started Both participants start recording simultaneously on Ocean Speech.
