Native German OR Dutch - Email Customer Service for Fun Pet Brand!

Hi there! We're looking for a NATIVE customer service rockstar in Dutch or German who can be responsible for our customer service questions via Gorgias. Only respond if you're born and/or raised in Germany / The Netherlands. We are a pet company, and it's our mission to help dogs have a better life. We donate to shelter dogs so if you love dogs, this is for you. Who we are looking for? 2+ years experience with Gorgias customer service for ecommerce brands. We're looking for someone who is reliable, pro-active (!) and can get things done fast. Excellent with managing questions, order tracking, and communicating with our team to perform well. 3 important musts: 1. You need at least 1 year of experience with Shopify 2. We ask for an availability of 20+ hours per week This job is perfect for someone who likes to work in a remote team from all over the world, and who has a dog as a pet or loves dogs.
