Native German Speaking Project Manager

We are a growing virtual assistant staffing company based in the US (our freelancers are mostly in the Philippines) http://www.goodshepherdstaffing.com We are scaling and are looking for a very organized project manager who can oversee the overall process flow of the organization. This role would include being able to understand how tech and ai can add value to process and where human beings are needed. It would include owning a growing team of contributors and helping them perform their jobs. The role would involve process mapping as well as reporting. The reason I am looking for german native speakers is because I lived in Austria for 9 years and was very impressed with how organized germanic culture is.
