Native Japanese Speakers Needed for Audio Transcription & Annotation Project

We are looking for detail-oriented freelancers to join a Japanese Speech Data Annotation Project. The work involves listening to Japanese audio recordings and creating accurate transcriptions following a clear annotation guideline. Responsibilities: - Listen to Japanese audio recordings. - Segment audio into meaningful sentence-level clips when required. - Transcribe speech accurately in Japanese (ASR-assisted workflow). - Follow provided annotation guidelines and quality standards. - Verify proper spelling of names, places, and other proper nouns when necessary. - Ensure transcription accuracy and consistency. - Submit completed tasks through our annotation platform. Requirements: - Native or near-native Japanese proficiency. - Excellent Japanese listening comprehension. - Ability to accurately transcribe spoken Japanese. - Strong attention to detail. - Reliable internet connection and computer. Preferred: Previous experience in: - Audio transcription - Speech annotation - Data labeling - AI training data projects - Familiarity with Japanese writing systems (Kanji, Hiragana, Katakana).
