I am looking for an AI-native short-form video editor and creator-ops partner to help turn my raw ideas into high-quality LinkedIn and short-form video content. I am the founder of devlo, a Swiss B2B prospecting and AI automation company. I have many raw ideas, voice notes, screen recordings, client lessons, and operator insights from building outbound and GTM systems for B2B companies. This is not a generic social media management role. We are not looking for someone to create generic AI content, motivational founder posts, or template-based social media assets. We are looking for someone with strong editing taste and editorial judgment who can turn messy raw material into serious, useful, founder-led B2B content. The role: - Edit short-form videos from talking-head, screen-demo, and proof-led raw material. - Turn raw ideas and AI-generated briefs into strong LinkedIn posts. - Repurpose the best ideas into Instagram Reels and short-form vertical assets. - Create carousel outlines when the idea needs a visual structure. - Maintain a weekly content queue that is easy to review. - Work in an efficient, async-first way once the workflow is running. You will not start from a blank page. We have strong source material, real case studies, raw founder insights, and internal AI-assisted briefs. We want your editorial judgment on top: challenge weak angles, preserve the founder's voice, sharpen the hook, edit the video, improve pacing, and make the final asset feel native to LinkedIn and short-form platforms. The content should feel like it comes from a real B2B operator, not from a generic AI agency. Topics include B2B prospecting, cold email and outbound, LinkedIn and sales workflows, AI automation for GTM teams, Swiss and European B2B execution, founder/operator lessons, real campaign data, case studies, teardowns, mistakes, and corrections. Strong candidates will have: - Experience creating or editing B2B founder, executive, or expert-led content. - Excellent short-form video editing skills for talking-head and screen-demo content. - Strong LinkedIn writing ability. - Good editorial judgment: you can find the real insight in messy raw material. - Ability to preserve voice instead of making everything sound like AI. - Practical AI workflow fluency. - Reliable async communication. - A clear content production workflow. - Good taste: clean, useful, serious, not gimmicky. Useful tools may include Captions, Submagic, Descript, OpusClip, CapCut, Runway, HeyGen, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Figma, Notion, or similar. The exact stack is less important than your judgment and output quality. Bonus: B2B sales/outbound/RevOps/GTM/SaaS/automation experience, LinkedIn carousel production, and performance tracking. Budget: competitive monthly retainer after a paid trial. We are looking for a high-quality long-term collaborator, not the lowest-cost option. Process: shortlisted candidates will complete a paid trial using real raw material and source context. The trial will focus on editorial judgment, voice preservation, short-form video craft, and ability to turn messy B2B material into clear, useful content. Please apply with: 1.
