We help top-tier content creators expand their reach across major platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and more, by making their content accessible in multiple languages. The Role: We are looking for Native Swedish Speakers to join our professional proofing pool. You will be responsible for the full localization of video content, ensuring the highest level of authenticity and cultural accuracy. Unlike traditional translation roles, you will work on our proprietary web platform, designed to make the workflow intuitive and efficient. Key Responsibilities: - Review and listen to video content in its entirety. - Perform localization tasks according to specific project tutorials and guidelines. - Ensure the final output meets our quality standards for "human-like" authenticity. Requirements: - Native Swedish speaker (Mandatory). - High-level English proficiency (Reading and writing). - Basic technical skills: Comfort working within a web-based platform (not just editing raw text). - High attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines. Payment & Compensation: - Hourly Rate: Set to $15/hour on Upwork. - The Formula: We calculate payment by multiplying the video length (in minutes) by 4 to determine the billable time. - Example: A 25-minute video will be logged as 100 minutes of work (1 hour and 40 minutes), totaling $25 - In practice: This effectively means you earn $1 per minute of video content. Availability & Deadlines: Tasks are offered to the pool; you choose whether to accept or decline. Each task has a clear deadline. By accepting a task, you are fully committed to delivering it on time.
