AI-Native Video Producer/Editor

We are building The Absorbed Mind, a long-term YouTube channel focused on psychology, behavior change, hypnosis, consciousness, and the Unified Absorption Model (UAM). I am looking for an AI-native video producer/editor who can create sophisticated animated documentary-style videos that are visually intelligent, polished, and consistent. This is not a generic YouTube editing role and not a one-off project. The right person should be able to take a finished narration script and turn it into clear visual storytelling using a mix of motion design, animation, selective AI-generated imagery/video, typography, sound design, and strong editorial judgment. The videos should feel designed, not generated. I do not want generic AI slop, random motivational B-roll, synthetic talking heads, glowing brains, overloaded motion graphics, or visuals that merely decorate the narration. You should be able to: Understand complex ideas and visualize them accurately Create strong animated documentary / explainer-style videos Use modern AI video and image tools with good judgment Edit for pacing, clarity, retention, and emotional tone Maintain a consistent visual language across videos Work efficiently enough to publish high-quality videos on a regular schedule Follow detailed creative and conceptual briefs Work independently and make good creative decisions This is intended to become an ongoing production relationship. We will begin with a paid audition for a small number of shortlisted candidates, followed by a trial period. The long-term goal is a fixed price per approved video once the workflow and quality standard are established.
