AI-Native Virtual Assistant / Growth Operator for a Fast-Moving Digital Portfolio

What you'll do (varied — AI helps with most of it): Prospecting & outreach for our AI receptionist service — find good-fit UK businesses and start conversations Follow up leads in our GoHighLevel / CRM/white-label — nurture, book calls, keep the pipeline moving Create & publish social content — short-form videos (much of it AI-assisted) and Pinterest pins Use AI (ChatGPT / Claude) to build simple websites, funnels and automations for our brands and clients Keep the daily engine moving — publish what our AI produces, work the task board, flag what's working Help spot opportunities across the portfolio and suggest improvements Social media posting of posts created by AI via a cms and software. You're a great fit if you: Write and speak excellent, natural English Are a genuine self-starter who takes ownership (this is the #1 thing I'm hiring for) Already use AI tools every day and love them Learn new tools fast (GoHighLevel, Canva, CapCut, Pinterest) Are reliable, organised, and communicate clearly and often Can work with light supervision and manage your own time Nice to have (not required): CRM experience · short-video editing · basic web/no-code (WordPress, funnels) · outreach or appointment-setting experience.
